Code § 4963.06","heading":"Fire extinguishers required.","body":"All railroad coaches carrying passengers shall be equipped with at least one portable fire extinguisher. Such fire extinguishers shall be of a construction which renders them durable and efficient. The public utilities commission shall enforce this section.\nNo person, company, or corporation operating a railroad in whole or in part in this state shall violate this section.
