Code § 4969.15","heading":"Notice of sale to be published.","body":"Before a sale referred to in section 4969.12 of the Revised Code is made, notice thereof shall be given by publication, for six consecutive weeks, in some newspaper published and of general circulation in each of the counties through or in which such railroad is located, and also in some newspaper published and of general circulation in each of the cities of New York and Cincinnati, for at least thirty days prior to the day of sale.
