Code § 4999.10","heading":"Constructing bridges over tracks.","body":"No person, railroad company, private corporation, county, municipal corporation, or township shall violate any law relating to the height of bridges, viaducts, overhead roadways, footbridges, wires, or other structures constructed over the tracks of a railroad. Whoever violates this section shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than one thousand dollars.
