Code § 505.106","heading":"Neglect or refuse to deposit property in possession of a person arrested.","body":"No officer, or other member of an organized police department of a township, a township police district, a joint police district, or the office of a township constable shall neglect or refuse to deposit property taken or found by the officer or other member in possession of a person arrested.
