Code § 505.20","heading":"Tax for drilling oil or gas well.","body":"In addition to the tax already authorized by law, the board of township trustees may levy a tax, not to exceed five mills on the dollar for the purpose of drilling an oil or gas well in the township, when so authorized by a majority vote of the electors of such township at a regular or special election.
