Code § 5101.111","heading":"Foundation grant fund.","body":"The foundation grant fund is hereby created in the state treasury. Money the department of job and family services or the department of children and youth receives from private foundations in support of pilot projects that promote exemplary programs for enhancing the health, safety, and well-being of children and families shall be credited to the fund.
