Code § 5101.66","heading":"Request or consent to receiving protective services.","body":"Any person who requests or consents to receive protective services shall receive such services only after an investigation and determination of a need for protective services. The investigation shall be performed in the same manner as the investigation of a report pursuant to section 5101.65 of the Revised Code.
