Code § 5103.37","heading":"Training coordinator for child welfare training program - duties.","body":"The Ohio child welfare training program coordinator shall do all the following:\n(A) Manage, coordinate, and evaluate all of the program's training provided under section 5103.30 of the Revised Code;\n(B) Develop curriculum, resources, and products for the training;\n(C) Provide fiscal management and technical assistance to regional training staff established under section 5103.41 of the Revised Code;\n(D) Cooperate with the regional training staff to schedule sessions for the training, provide notices of the training sessions, and provide training materials for the sessions;\n(E) Employ and compensate instructors for the training;\n(F) Create individual training needs assessments for use pursuant to sections 5153.125 and 5153.126 of the Revised Code;\n(G) Provide staff for the Ohio child welfare training program steering committee established under section 5103.39 of the Revised Code;\n(H) Conduct any other activities necessary for the development, implementation, and management of the program as specified in the contract;\n(I) Identify the competencies needed to do the jobs that the training is for so that the training helps the development of those competencies;\n(J) Ensure that the training provides the knowledge, skill, and ability needed to do the jobs that the training is for.","path":["Title 51 Public Welfare","Chapter 5103 Placement of Children"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-5103.37","current_through":"2023-10-03 (House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:39Z","sha256":"3fb43be28c574638d3582fe7015b5eaaee2d7ed3686da00b42b287f3372d8fbe","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-5103.32","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-5103.39"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
