Code § 5103.42","heading":"[Former R.C. 5103.422, amended and renumbered by H.B. 33, 135th General Assembly, effective 10/3/2023] Regional training staff responsibilities.","body":"A regional training staff's responsibilities shall include all of the following:\n(A) Securing facilities suitable for conducting the training provided under section 5103.30 of the Revised Code;\n(B) Providing administrative services and paying all administrative costs related to the conduct of the training;\n(C) Maintaining a database of the data contained in the individual training needs assessments for each PCSA caseworker and PCSA caseworker supervisor employed by a public children services agency located in the training region;\n(D) Analyzing training needs of PCSA caseworkers and PCSA caseworker supervisors employed by a public children services agency and other training populations described in section 5103.30 of the Revised Code and located in the training region;\n(E) Coordinating the training for the region with the Ohio child welfare training program coordinator.","path":["Title 51 Public Welfare","Chapter 5103 Placement of Children"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-5103.42","current_through":"2023-10-03 (House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:39Z","sha256":"43ac1bdfd26fea01a3e41f8fe84f5e383ac9c35125879e0e641a2fe53974ea02","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-5103.41","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-5103.50"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
