Code § 5103.614","heading":"Family preservation center operational requirements.","body":"A certified family preservation center shall do the following:\n(A) Obtain and maintain accreditation under the commission on accreditation of rehabilitation facilities, the joint commission on accreditation of healthcare organizations, or the council on accreditation for children and family services;\n(B) Obtain and maintain certification by the Ohio department of mental health and addiction services ;\n(C) Provide family preservation programs informed by evidence-based or promising practices, including all of the following:\n(1) Family case management;\n(2) Service referral and linkage;\n(3) Parent education;\n(4) Trauma screening and healing-centered interventions.","path":["Title 51 Public Welfare","Chapter 5103 Placement of Children"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-5103.614","current_through":"2022-06-13 (House Bill 265 - 134th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:39Z","sha256":"51e8a1c2362a458f86394ecee5612e468cacf520d7e3d6eae9390827b07dadc8","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-5103.612","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-5103.615"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
