Code § 5104.052","heading":"Fire prevention and fire safety in licensed type B family child care homes.","body":"The director of children and youth, in cooperation with the fire marshal pursuant to section 3737.22 of the Revised Code, shall adopt rules regarding fire prevention and fire safety in licensed type B family child care homes.
