Code § 511.52","heading":"Township preservation commission - duties.","body":"A township preservation commission has the following duties:\n(A) Promote the importance of historic preservation throughout the unincorporated territory of the township;\n(B) Maintain a register of historic properties located within the unincorporated territory of the township.
