Code § 5116.12","heading":"Provisions of individual opportunity plan.","body":"(A) An individual opportunity plan created under section 5116.11 of the Revised Code shall specify which of the following services, if any, an individual participating in the comprehensive case management and employment program needs:\n(1) Support for the individual to obtain a high school diploma or a certificate of high school equivalence;\n(2) Job placement;\n(3) Job retention support;\n(4) Other services that aid the individual in achieving the plan's goals.\n(B) The services an individual receives in accordance with an individual opportunity plan are inalienable by way of assignment, charge, or otherwise and exempt from execution, attachment, garnishment, and other similar processes.","path":["Title 51 Public Welfare","Chapter 5116 Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-5116.12","current_through":"2017-09-29 (House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:39Z","sha256":"a2a8f2580ecf18b633ddb4463919401774152d4ef626507da5b808d19ab167c1","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-5116.11","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-5116.20"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
