Code § 5119.192","heading":"Provision of overdose reversal drugs to hospitals.","body":"(A) As used in this section, \"overdose reversal drug\" has the same meaning as in section 4729.01 of the Revised Code.\n(B) Subject to available funds, the department of behavioral health shall provide overdose reversal drugs to hospitals to be provided to patients as described in section 3727.81 of the Revised Code.\n(C) The department of behavioral health, in coordination with the department of health, shall establish standards and procedures for reporting the occurrences in which overdose reversal drugs were provided as required by section 3727.811 of the Revised Code.","path":["Title 51 Public Welfare","Chapter 5119 Department of Behavioral Health"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-5119.192","current_through":"2026-06-09 (Senate Bill 137 - 136th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:39Z","sha256":"d0b28d4ad96c2409f13fe4c603b211ce791cf6a34fea81e4ddb3ff0bd67eb939","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-5119.19","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-5119.20"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
