Code § 5120.163","heading":"Examination, testing and treatment for certain diseases.","body":"At the time of reception and at other times the director determines to be appropriate, the department of rehabilitation and correction may examine and test a prisoner for tuberculosis, HIV infection, hepatitis, including but not limited to hepatitis A, B, and C, and other contagious diseases.
