Code § 5121.05","heading":"Investigation powers.","body":"The department of developmental disabilities may subpoena witnesses, take testimony under oath, and examine any public records relating to the income and other assets of a resident or liable relative. All information, conclusions, and recommendations shall be submitted to the department by the investigating agent of the department.
