Code § 5123.034","heading":"Developmental centers services and cost recovery.","body":"(A) As used in this section, \"developmental center\" has the same meaning as in section 5123.032 of the Revised Code.\n(B) A developmental center of the department of developmental disabilities may provide services to both of the following:\n(1) Individuals with developmental disabilities who reside in the community in which the developmental center is located;\n(2) Providers who provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities who reside in the community in which the developmental center is located.\n(C) The department may develop a method for recovering the costs associated with providing these services.","path":["Title 51 Public Welfare","Chapter 5123 Department of Developmental Disabilities"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-5123.034","current_through":"2021-09-30 (House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:39Z","sha256":"a88012f1fa421b2421b81f03c8e610e93a7373435dbc0fdf82ee303ba7edea5b","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-5123.033","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-5123.04"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
