Code § 5155.38","heading":"Certification of long-term care beds.","body":"As used in this section, \"long-term care bed\" has the same meaning as in section 3702.51 of the Revised Code.\nThe operator of each county home and each county nursing home shall, not later than November 1, 2009, certify to the director of health the number of long-term care beds that were in operation in the home on July 1, 1993.
