Code § 5162.1311","heading":"","body":"The department of medicaid shall prepare and submit an annual report to the general assembly in accordance with section 101.68 of the Revised Code that details any billing code that represents an increase or decrease of greater than fifty per cent in the utilization rate or total expenditures for a particular service from the previous state fiscal year.
