Code § 5164.25","heading":"Recipient with developmental disability who is eligible for medicaid case management services.","body":"The departments of developmental disabilities and medicaid may approve, reduce, deny, or terminate a medicaid service included in the individual service plan developed for a medicaid recipient with a developmental disability who is eligible for medicaid case management services.
