Code § 5164.406","heading":"","body":"The department of medicaid shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to implement sections 5164.40 to 5164.406 of the Revised Code. The rules shall address all of the following:\n(A) Technical standards for electronic verification systems developed, procured, certified, or approved under section 5164.401 of the Revised Code including GPS intervals, and criteria for certification of electronic verification systems;\n(B) Procedures by which a provider may seek an exemption from electronic verification requirements under section 5164.402 of the Revised Code;\n(C) Protocols by which the department will conduct audits and enforcement of electronic verification requirements under section 5164.404 of the Revised Code;\n(D) Other standards and procedures as necessary to implement sections 5164.40 to 5164.406 of the Revised Code.","path":["Title 51 Public Welfare","Chapter 5164 Medicaid State Plan Services"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-5164.406","current_through":"2026-10-06 (Senate Bill 315 - 136th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:40Z","sha256":"5bdf875f6010cd2a0911704798191cdf8dcadb7789a258ef551e5e4f3255df68","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-5164.405","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-5164.41"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
