Code § 5165.43","heading":"Determination of interest rate.","body":"For the purposes of sections 5165.41 and 5165.42 of the Revised Code, the department of medicaid shall determine the current average bank prime rate using statistical release H.15, \"selected interest rates,\" a weekly publication of the federal reserve board, or any successor publication.
