Code § 5180.273","heading":"[Former R.C. 3738.04, amended and renumbered by H.B. 96, 136th General Assembly, effective 9/30/2025] Pregnancy-associated mortality review board - duties.","body":"The PAMR board shall seek to reduce the incidence of pregnancy-associated deaths in this state by doing all of the following:\n(A) Promoting cooperation, collaboration, and communication between all groups, professions, agencies, and entities that serve pregnant and postpartum women and families;\n(B) Recommending and developing plans for implementing service and program changes, as well as changes to the groups, professions, agencies, and entities that serve pregnant and postpartum women and families;\n(C) Providing the department of children and youth with aggregate data, trends, and patterns regarding pregnancy-associated deaths using data and other relevant information specified in rules adopted under section 5180.278 of the Revised Code;\n(D) Developing effective interventions to reduce the mortality of pregnant and postpartum women.","path":["Title 51 Public Welfare","Chapter 5180 Department of Children and Youth"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-5180.273","current_through":"2025-09-30 (House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:40Z","sha256":"d6159546cfa89b741923b2e613949f82bf3836aa43fb8364254373bc81f2ae4f","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-5180.272","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-5180.274"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
