Code § 5301.83","heading":"Copies of environmental covenant to be provided.","body":"(A) A copy of an environmental covenant shall be provided to all of the following in a manner required by the applicable agency:\n(1) Each person that signed the environmental covenant;\n(2) Each person holding a recorded interest in the real property that is subject to the environmental covenant;\n(3) Each person in possession of the real property that is subject to the environmental covenant;\n(4) Each unit of local government in which the real property that is subject to the environmental covenant is located;\n(5) Any other person that the agency requires.\n(B) The validity of an environmental covenant is not affected by failure to provide a copy of the environmental covenant as required under this section.","path":["Title 53 Real Property","Chapter 5301 Conveyances; Encumbrances"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-5301.83","current_through":"2004-12-30 (House Bill 516 - 125th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:40Z","sha256":"b598667ec7e68f7b8bc231853f467099d384381a2fa2c66d4e28b5b08c3511f2","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-5301.82","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-5301.84"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
