Code § 5505.263","heading":"Benefits subject to termination.","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, a disability benefit granted under this chapter is subject to an order issued under section 2929.193 of the Revised Code. The state highway patrol retirement board shall comply with the order.\nOn receipt of notice under section 2901.43 of the Revised Code that a state highway patrol retirement system member is charged with an offense listed in division (D) of section 2929.192 of the Revised Code under the circumstances specified in that division, the system shall determine whether the member has been granted a disability benefit.
