Code § 5531.18","heading":"Application to construct and operate a toll project.","body":"The director of transportation shall establish a procedure whereby a political subdivision or other governmental agency or agencies may submit a written application to the director requesting the department of transportation to construct and operate a toll project within the boundaries of the subdivision, agency, or agencies making the request.
