Brown Memorial Highway.","body":"In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known as United States route twenty-three, running in a northerly and southerly direction, through the municipal corporation of Columbus in Franklin county, between seventh avenue and Northwood avenue, shall be known as the \"Staff Sergeant Christopher L.
