Luff, Jr. Memorial Highway.","body":"In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known as state route number one hundred seventy-seven, commencing at the intersection of that route and state route number seventy-three and proceeding in a southeasterly direction to the intersection of state route one hundred seventy-seven and Stahlheber road in the municipal corporation of Hamilton, shall be known as the \"Sgt. David J.
