Olivas Memorial Highway.","body":"In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known as state route one hundred twenty-eight, commencing at the intersection of that route and United States route number twenty-seven and proceeding in a northeasterly direction to the intersection of that route and New London road in the municipal corporation of Hamilton, shall be known as the \"Cpl. Nicholas H.
