Allen, Jr., Memorial Highway.","body":"In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known as interstate route number seventy-one, commencing at the southwest boundary of Ashland county and proceeding in a southwesterly direction to the interchange of that interstate highway and state route number thirty-nine in Richland county shall be known as the \"Lt. Col. Albert L.
