Leon Memorial Highway.","body":"In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of Lorain avenue between the intersection of that avenue and west sixty-fifth street and the intersection of that avenue and west thirtieth street, located in the municipal corporation of Cleveland, shall be known as the \"Officer Wayne A.
