Code § 5553.24","heading":"Survey and report of county engineer on desired change in road.","body":"Upon the receipt of the petition provided for in section 5553.23 of the Revised Code, the board of county commissioners shall order the county engineer to make a survey of the ground over which the road is proposed to be changed and to make a report in writing, together with a plat and survey of the proposed change and his opinion as to its advantage or disadvantage.
