Code § 5721.373","heading":"Title agent's or title insurance company's fees.","body":"(A) A title agent's or title insurance company's fees payable with respect to an action under sections 5721.30 to 5721.46 of the Revised Code are subject to the following conditions:\n(1) The fees must be reasonable.\n(2) Fees exceeding five hundred dollars shall be paid only if authorized by a court order.\n(B)(1) Fees less than or equal to five hundred dollars shall be presumed to be reasonable.\n(2) The terms of a sale negotiated under section 5721.33 of the Revised Code may include the amount to be paid in title agent's or title company's fees, subject to division (A) of this section.","path":["Title 57 Taxation","Chapter 5721 Delinquent Lands"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-5721.373","current_through":"2016-09-28 (House Bill 390 - 131st General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:41Z","sha256":"057938138c93b354d9364e9de54953abf3febd318c3e42d4a438ffc5333dcab7","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-5721.372","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-5721.38"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
