Code § 6101.241","heading":"Improvements outside boundary of district.","body":"In the event a conservancy district builds or constructs an improvement outside the boundary of the district, and one of the purposes of such improvement is water impoundment, the persons or public corporations residing or located within the county in which such improvement lies, may purchase such waters at a rate to be determined by the district's board of directors. This rate may, in addition to other cost factors, include an amount to cover the cost of any equipment necessary to make such water available for purchase.
