Code § 6119.091","heading":"Rental discounts.","body":"When fixing rentals or other charges under section 6119.09 of the Revised Code, a board of trustees of a regional water and sewer district may establish discounted rentals or charges or may establish another mechanism for providing a reduction in rentals or charges.
