Code § 6131.50","heading":"General drainage improvement fund.","body":"(A) The board of county commissioners of each county may provide and establish the \"general drainage improvement fund,\" to be used as a sinking fund for all bonds issued under sections 6131.01 to 6131.64, inclusive, of the Revised Code.\n(B) The fund may consist of any of the following:\n(1) Any taxes levied and collected for ditch and drainage purposes under county levies, not by law otherwise disposed of;\n(2) The proceeds of all bonds issued and sold under sections 6131.01 to 6131.64, inclusive, of the Revised Code;\n(3) The collections from all special assessments for benefits to property, as provided in such sections;\n(4) Such other funds as by law are provided to be paid therein.","path":["Title 61 Water Supply-Sanitation-Ditches","Chapter 6131 Single County Drainage Improvements"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-6131.50","current_through":"2021-03-24 (House Bill 340 - 133rd General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:42Z","sha256":"d5b5efe694c8159d93c4b8fb2400044b67be471c23bd4602e0db2bbed14b32a8","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-6131.47","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-6131.51"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
