Code § 6156.02","heading":"Purchase, rent, or lease of dredging equipment.","body":"The board of county commissioners of each county of the state may purchase, rent, or lease such dredging equipment as it deems necessary to be used in land reclamation projects as directed by the board of reclamation authorized in section 6156.01 of the Revised Code.
