Code § 6301.08","heading":"Local workforce development system for workforce development activities.","body":"Every local area shall establish and administer a local workforce development system for workforce development activities. The chief elected official or officials of a local area shall ensure that at least one comprehensive OhioMeansJobs center is available in the local area.
