Code § 703.10","heading":"Resolution to take census.","body":"Upon presentation of a petition as required by section 703.09 of the Revised Code the legislative authority, by resolution, at its next regular meeting, shall authorize the city auditor to take a census of the city and report the result thereof to the legislative authority.
