Code § 705.10","heading":"Clerk - duties.","body":"The legislative authority of a municipal corporation shall choose a clerk and such other officers and employees of its own body as are necessary. The clerk shall keep the records of the legislative authority and perform such other duties as are required by ordinance or resolution.
