Code § 715.65","heading":"Licensing of advertising mediums and matters.","body":"Any municipal corporation may license bill-posters, advertising sign painters, bill distributors, card tackers, and advertising matter of any article or compound which has not been manufactured or compounded within such municipal corporation.
