Code § 742.06","heading":"Oath or affirmation of office.","body":"Each member of the board of trustees of the Ohio police and fire pension fund, before entering upon the member's official duties, shall take and subscribe to an oath of affirmation that the member will support the constitution of the United States, the constitution of the state of Ohio, and that the member will honestly, faithfully, and impartially perform the duties of the member's office.
