Code § 743.35","heading":"Sale of natural gas to village.","body":"When a municipal corporation is the owner of a natural gas plant by which the citizens thereof are supplied with natural gas, and such natural gas is so supplied through pipes, from a point beyond the limits of such municipal corporation, which pass through the limits of a village, the municipal corporation may sell natural gas to such village, or to a company, for the use of such village and the citizens thereof.
