Code § 749.24","heading":"Powers and duties of board of hospital trustees.","body":"The board of hospital trustees shall, subject to any ordinance of the municipal corporation, have the entire management and control of the property or funds mentioned in section 749.20 of the Revised Code, and shall establish such rules for the government thereof as it deems expedient.
