Code § 9.498","heading":"Legislative intent.","body":"The general assembly intends that any limitations on entering into a contingency fee contract, as provided by sections 9.491 to 9.495 of the Revised Code, are to be applied only to contracts with a private attorney retained on a contingency fee basis by the state.
