Code § 941.52","heading":"Administrative rules.","body":"(A) The director of agriculture may adopt rules providing:\n(1) The requirements for qualification of a herd of cattle or bison as a tuberculosis accredited herd;\n(2) The requirements for qualification of an area as a modified tuberculosis accredited area or an accredited tuberculosis-free area;\n(3) The requirements for negative test status for animals other than cattle or bison.\n(B) Whenever ninety per cent of the cattle of a township or county or of the entire state that are required to be tested to maintain or establish a modified tuberculosis accredited area or accredited tuberculosis-free area have been tuberculosis tested, authorized persons of the department of agriculture may enter the premises where any of the remaining cattle are kept and test all cattle.","path":["Title 9 Agriculture-Animals-Fences","Chapter 941 Animal Diseases"],"source_url":"https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-941.52","current_through":"1994-06-20 (Senate Bill 134 - 120th General Assembly)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:24:28Z","sha256":"7b7b2955718fdea319f41ae5808e7280ece1e2c647bbf388996cdf6f7005ff1c","source_id":"us-oh","stale":false,"prev":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-941.51","next":"us-oh/ohio-rev.-code-941.53"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
