Code § 955.60","heading":"Dog complaint notification procedures.","body":"(A) Any person authorized to enforce this chapter shall investigate any complaint that indicates a possible violation of any provision of this chapter involving a dog.\n(B) If, after investigating an alleged violation of this chapter under division (A) of this section, an authorized person does not cite a person for or charge a person with a violation, the authorized person shall notify, in accordance with division (C) of this section, the owner, keeper, or harborer of the dog that there has been a complaint regarding the dog and that the authorized person investigated a possible violation.
