Stat. tit. 1, § 1-26","heading":"Oklahoma Abstractors Board Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Abstractors Board to be designated the \"Oklahoma\n\nAbstractors Board Revolving Fund\". Beginning July 1, 2007, any\n\nmonies collected pursuant to the Oklahoma Abstractors Law shall be\n\ndeposited into the Oklahoma Abstractors Board Revolving Fund.\n\nBeginning January 1, 2008, any monies collected pursuant to the\n\nOklahoma Abstractors Act shall be deposited into the Oklahoma\n\nAbstractors Board Revolving Fund. The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nall monies received by the Oklahoma Abstractors Board from any\n\ntransfers, fees, bonds, penalties or fines paid to the Board\n\npursuant to the Oklahoma Abstractors Act. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted\n\nand expended by the Oklahoma Abstractors Board for the purpose of\n\neffectuating the purposes of the Oklahoma Abstractors Act and to pay\n\nall costs and expenses heretofore and hereafter incurred in\n\nconnection therewith.
