Stat. tit. 1, § 1-31","heading":"Current abstract plant required","body":"Beginning November 1, 1984, all individuals, firms,\n\ncorporations, or other entities engaging in the business of\n\nabstracting, shall have available for use or commence compilation of\n\nan abstract plant and thereafter shall maintain in a current\n\ncondition said plant. Failure to do so shall render its\n\ncertificates of authority subject to revocation. An abstract plant\n\nshall be deemed in a current condition if it reflects all documents\n\nor other matters that are filed in said county except those filed\n\nwithin the preceding fifteen (15) days. Holders of a certificate of\n\nauthority issued pursuant to law who were engaged in the business of\n\nabstracting on November 1, 1984, shall not be required to construct\n\nor maintain an abstract plant of documents filed or recorded prior\n\nto November 1, 1984.
