Stat. tit. 1, § 1-33","heading":"Repeated violations - Temporary certificate of authority to","body":"another.\n\nIn the event that a holder of a certificate of authority has had\n\nrepeated violations of the provisions of either Section 35 or 41 of\n\nTitle 1 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the Oklahoma Abstractors Board\n\nshall establish a procedure whereby a temporary certificate of\n\nauthority may be issued to another holder of a certificate of\n\nauthority licensed in this state to meet the consumer needs in the\n\ncounty wherein the violations occurred. The certificate shall be\n\nsubject to the following:\n\n1. The temporary certificate of authority shall be valid for\n\nninety (90) days;\n\n2. Additional ninety-day renewals may be granted if deemed\n\nappropriate;\n\n3. The holder of a temporary certificate of authority shall\n\nprovide a fee schedule for the county covered by the temporary\n\ncertificate of authority. The fee schedule may or may not be the\n\nsame as the current fee schedule of the holder of the certificate of\n\nauthority receiving the temporary certificate of authority; and\n\n4.
